Meet Gaia, The Founder

I founded Well & Whole to help people manage stress, transform grief, and rediscover a sense of Self. My journey towards this mission began with a serious burnout while working as a construction manager and grappling with the loss of my identity. It became clear to me that having tools to navigate the busy and stressful lives we all lead is essential to living with quality and purpose.

Growing up in a small town in Italy, I learned discipline and grounding through gymnastics and family. Yet, when I moved to New York and later Los Angeles, the fast-paced city life and a toxic relationship took a toll on my well-being. However, these challenges sparked a journey of transformation and purpose.

When I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time, it was a moment of serendipity that would change the course of my life. Through yoga, I found not only physical healing but also a pathway to personal growth and self-discovery.

My journey with yoga extended far beyond the physical realm. It became a sanctuary where I not only overcame burnout but also untangled toxic relationship patterns and learned to navigate the stormy waters of anxiety. Yoga opened the door to self-acceptance and compassion, not just for myself but for others as well.

These experiences ignited my true passion to become a guide and a healer. I left my engineering job, answering a deep calling to guide and heal others on their journey to find balance and purpose in life.

My mantra, "be grateful, be faithful," summarized the essence of my newfound purpose.

With a burning passion, I founded "Well & Whole," a sanctuary where I blend teaching from ancient yogic wisdom and modern science. I help people understand their physiology, as well as their energetic body and their subconscious mind for profound transformation at every level of one's being.

Life can become very dark at times, and through my transformative workshops and retreats, I mean to give you a glimpse of how peaceful and full life can be and help you remember that life is a gift and even the darkest moments are oppotunity for groeth and self discovery.

I live and breath the principles I teach with boundless energy and dedication, and I hope my own journey inspire the transformative power of resilience withing you.

Thanks to my top mentors, Indu Arora and Tony Robbins.
